Placing an Order Without Payment

This article explains how to place and order without payment. The common reasons for this are:

  • HolidayCoro needs to manually adjust your shipping
  • HolidayCoro needs to manually add items to your order after you have placed it
  • There is a problem with checkout or payment methods
Here are the steps to place the order:
  1. Add all the items you need to your cart as normal
  2. From the Cart Page (https://www.holidaycoro.com/ShoppingCart.asp), click the Credit Card Icon for payment:
  3. If you have placed orders before and have an account, log into your account here:

    If this is your first order, complete the name, address and phone fields.
  4. Select the shipping type you need - if you are unsure, just select any one of them.
  5. Under the PAYMENT section, select "Other / Checkout Problem":
  6. OPTIONAL - If you need to leave a comment, such - reference to a ticket number or the problem, leave it in the ORDER COMMENTS on the right side above the PLACE ORDER button:
  7. Click th PLACE ORDER button
  8. The website will confirm your order and provide you with an order number
  9. Our customer service or sales staff will then contact you to resolve the issue and complete your order - no additional notification is required on your part
