HolidayCoro is the best.  They stand behind the products and really care about your satisfaction.  Everything they do it top notch.  And they stand behind it.  I am sure people may have issues at times, but they do their best to make things right!  Everything I have received has been great.  Yes, this is DIY stuff and there is some learning.  But they provide great support.  Even for the beginner.

I had placed -5 orders for various products on presale. At first it was nerve wracking to wait for them to ship. But they all came flawlessly- everything packed very well. No visible damage on any product. Tested all the lights I bought and the hinks pro controller and 2 power supplies- everything worked great. First time in this new hobby. Can't wait to see what the roof outline and other props will like this coming holiday season.

excellent products, service and support - order was delivered in reasonable and while one box of pixel strings was damaged in shipping and some strings fell out they replaced immediately without question - have not found one pixel not working in my 3200 pixel order

Had an order that had several items in it, and it was done and shipped quickly, when arrived one item was damaged in shipping. I contacted them about it sent a couple of pictures to them and they replaced no hassles and the replacement ones were delivered within a week.
