I am the primary lead on setting up a Musical Light Display at a VA State Park to support the Cumberland County Christmas Mother.  The 2020 light show raised $6,800 in donations and 747 toys donated to the Christmas Mother.  HolidayCoro has been a big part of making the Light Show better each year as we add more props.  The 2021 Light Show will be even better thanks to the 50 x 42 pixel matrix, 2 additional C9 Singing Bulbs, Snow Flakes, and drive through arches that will be added.  We appreciate the prompt support in processing our orders and the seasonal sales on pixels and cables that make the dollars stretch further.  Again Thank You.

Received quick, which I was thankful for Problem is they machine drilled and milled to deep and let the coro thinner than tissue paper. Reached out and was told I could get a 12 dollar credit or something Like that for some poor quality product that I had paid for.... or I would have to box them back up and send them back and receive a full credit.  No option to replace them or just send me new ones since the product I paid for is garbage.... pretty poor customer service..every other vendor makes it right immediately no questions. I even sent pictures so they knew I was not trying to pull one over on them...
Background - Customer received coro snowflake with quality issues but the product was still functional and built out.  Customer also had purchased a candy cane with third-party pixels and the holes were not sufficiently large enough for the pixels.  We offered the customer a full refund with return OR a refund credit of $18.00 for the problems since the customer had adapted the product to work.  We like to let customers go with options that work best for them, sometimes that is a complete replacement, which we 100% cover but does require return or destruction of the product or a refund credit for the diminished value of a product due to quality issues.  The customer used the snow flakes as he did not wish receive replacements and indicated "Do not need a refund, two new flakes would be good... I can even pay the shipping. So when I take this stuff down i will have two good ones to replace them".  We indicate to the customer we would pay for the shipping but the product would either need to be returned OR destoryed and provided these options:  

Since you'd like to replace these now, please let me know which option works best:
* Destroy the product and we will refund
* Destroy the product and we will send you a replacement
* Send the product back to us for a refund
* Send the product back for a replacement

We did not receive a response to this request.  We are happy to work with customers and be flexible and we NEVER charge a customer for a defective product that is under warranty, including for shipping.
