excellent products, service and support - order was delivered in reasonable and while one box of pixel strings was damaged in shipping and some strings fell out they replaced immediately without question - have not found one pixel not working in my 3200 pixel order

Had an order that had several items in it, and it was done and shipped quickly, when arrived one item was damaged in shipping. I contacted them about it sent a couple of pictures to them and they replaced no hassles and the replacement ones were delivered within a week.

I'm not one who usually writes reviews but it's time to give credit where credit is due. I've been a HolidayCoro customer for many years (since 2015) and have NEVER been disappointed. The products hold up well and I couldn't be happier! I still use to this day all the controllers and pixels I purchased many years ago. Customer service let's just say is the BEST part! I deal with probably over a hundred vendors in my line of work and it's rare to find this kind of support. Thanks David and Betsy for always answering my questions and for anyone out there looking to get started with this passion, HolidayCoro is the place to go.
You won't be disappointed!

We have been using purchasing from Holiday Coro for 11 years now.   Starting with pixels when the original vendor we did a pre-order with flaked on us, which may turned into a blessing in disguise.  Year after year the pixels we purchase from HC are proven to be reliable & brilliant.. This includes pixels purchased before & after 2020.  We have admittedly tried pixels from other vendors only to end up experiencing issues with the pixels.  While I appreciate a vendor that stands by its warranty , I really appreciate a vendor whose quality is so strong that I am not having to climb on the second story roof to replace pixels in the middle of the show run.       This year we  a custom coro prop, again can not speak highly enough of the ease of the order & design process, as well as the speed of mfr  of this prop  .
