Production Prop Schedule

The chart below can be used to estimate the current shipping time for the various classes of product we sell:

  • Regular Items - This is cables, pixels, parts, accessories, etc
  • Controllers - This is custom assembled controllers
  • Custom Props - This is any custom made prop with a part number above 4000 or a prop with custom printing
  • Extreme Strip - This is for custom made Extreme Strip
Along the bottom is the date that prior orders were placed and how long it took on that day of the week for the various classes of products to be shipped.
Along the side is the number of hours from when the order was placed until when it was shipped from our facility. Note that we ship most orders Mon-Friday, so an order placed on Saturday will not ship until Monday at the earliest and thus the time will be higher over the weekends. There maybe "blips" where the numbers are higher on a given day because of an order that is very large.



Additional Information:
  1. In accordance with industry standards, cancellations or changes of pending production orders may incur a "Production Fee" as your order is slotted within our scheduling system and requires a manual process to change or remove.
  2. Once a prop has been produced, even prior to shipping, that prop cannot be returned or refunded and will be shipped.
  3. Note that sometimes orders with multiple props may take longer to process depending on the slotting within our production system.
  4. Next day or related "express" shipping is based upon the shipping date, not the date the order is ordered with respect to production props. We do work to move next and 2nd day orders ahead of standard ground orders where possible.
