Great customer service March 19, 2023 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from New Hampshire   As a newbie to this hobby last year, I found HC to be extremely helpful in walking me through what I needed to get started.  Very happy with what I received.  Also, they were super responsive and quickly fixed the one issue that I did have.  I already ordered more "stuff" to nearly double my display for next year. Great company to work with! Another year of great execution... January 16, 2023 Reviewer: Chuck from Massachusetts   The best company is the one you don't have to call.  Everything I ordered - controllers, receivers, boards, cables, lights, strip, channel, caps, mounting, connectors, soldering supplies,  etc., arrived on time and there were no product or quality issues.  Product status was communicated promptly and accurately.  This made it really easy to put on a great show! The only surprises came from a few firmware issues with the redesigned HinksPix PRO, but Joe was super helpful and everything was worked out in time for Halloween shows October 1... can't say that about some of the other fresh controller designs on the market this year. THANK YOU FROM AUSTRALIA December 25, 2022 Reviewer: Mick Noukaris from Melbourne, Australia 🇦🇺   A massive thank you to HC for there ongoing support and great products, started off with a Megatree and arches the first year then the following year got some candy canes and outlined the house. All equipment arrived perfect, installation was simple yet effective. Needed online support to programme new long range controller and the guys were great, got it working perfect and Dave was awesome in setting it all up for us. Highly recommend HC for not only there product but the support they give to there customers is fantastic. Being from Australia I was a bit nervous at the start but know I am just going to order more decorations due to HC and there crew. Massive thumbs up from Down Under.
