The 12V (50) string where a replacement for 5V strings that where either incorrectly ordered or incorrectly shipped. I paid the 25% penalty.

However, 'Susan' summarily cancelled my account and had my shipment of 20 communication cables (order # 1069830) returned to Holiday Coro while the order was in transit. My reported sin was questioning the 0.4 % overcharges in sales taxes. I am awaiting for my account to be reinstated before I contact the fraud division of the Attorney General's Office of Texas and Georgia.

Very good item and set up was cake with all the provided instructions on HC website. First year doing 15’ tree megastar and arches. Was able to get it up and running just by simply watching the videos over and over again. Shipping was super quick and items were packed properly with zero damage on arrival. Its my only atop for all light show needs. Every single led worked.

Have been running these pixels for 2 years now with no issues. Had one out of 2000+ have a bad chip and was replaced promptly. HC is my go to for pixels and controllers.

The pixels seems to be good, epoxy is hard. The manufacturing of the product could be better, you can tell there is an inconsistency in the manufacturing based on wire length and excess epoxy.

I have purchased several strands of these pixels and they all work well. Being new to this hobby I am slowly figuring out what cables, pixels, power supplies, etc. I need to create my 1’st display. I have placed several orders with Holiday Coro and their processing and shipping speed is crazy fast! I will be ordering again and again.
