Simple with Cat5 May 16, 2015 Reviewer: WireKAT from East Kent, WA United States   I have used these 27 channel controllers before but I love this model with the Cat5 connectors. Holiday Coro always includes the DIP switch settings and when you buy the case and backer plate you get all the hardware you need. Was this review helpful to you?

Controller works great February 20, 2015 Reviewer: Tera from Sumpter, MI United States   The unit works perfect.  Hookup was a snap and the support that Dave gave was excellent.  I had been using a controller that did the same thing for over 3x the price.  I put it through some testing and it worked beyond the specifications.  Not that I need it, but I was just curious. Worth Every Penny! January 29, 2015 Reviewer: Nick from California   I just started playing around with dumb nodes and this board made it effortless to expand my knowledge! I purchased a pre-built board and it arrived in perfect condition. After adding some wires and a power source (all extremely easy to do with this board) I was up and running in no time! 27 Ch DMX Controller January 4, 2015 Reviewer: Denny Cole from Cary, NC United States   My order was accepted and shipping began immediately.  Holiday Coro is a great company to deal with, and I needed a replacement controller fast.  I have purchased from Holiday Coro several times in the past and always get great service and support.  I also highly recommend the 27 ch DMX controller over the little 3-ch units, as long as you have the space in your design.   My only negative is more of a recommendation, not a problem with Holiday Coro.  Don't use USPS shipping around Christmas time.  USPS is not optimized for the "crush."  It took a week to get my shipment when at the same time I got a UPS shipment in 3 days that was at least 700 miles further away.  UPS runs like a well oiled machine, even at Christmas.  Ask Holiday Coro for UPS shipping if you need your package reliably fast ! Product OK.. technical support not what expected December 25, 2014 Reviewer: Craig Nelson from Elk Grove, CA United States   The boards seem to work just fine. Technical support, though not bad, was not up to what I expected from HC. When I emailed 3 technical questions I was unable to get the answer to 2 of them.  Granted most would not care about the PWM freq (you should know anyway) but the current draw of the board should be a published spec and since it was not I wanted to rely on that info from your technical support.   That didn't happen.   I was under the impression HC had a lot of technical knowledge about all the products it sells.  This is part of what is supposed to set HC apart from just buying from China.   While the product appears to be good and I was happy with the fast service, I would have to give tech support a 3 out of 5.  Product 5 of 5.  Average rating 4.
