This was the first thing we tried to test the waters in the world of light shows. It was super easy to understand and install what I needed. Plenty of instructional videos on the holiday Coro website. I needed help submitting my order since I was splitting payment between a prepaid card and normal CC. I sent an email middle of the day on the weekend and got a call within minutes even though the support center was listed as closed (outside of listed hours). The guy was incredibly helpful and took care of my payment issue. I got it in the mail very quickly. Well packaged. 10/10 for holidaycoro!

I received the Mega Tree kit a couple weeks ago. We have not put it up outside yet. But everything is going smoothly so far. Great kit. 1 string of lights was not functioning. I reached out to HolidayCoro and they immediately sent me a replacement string. Great customer service!

Up and working quick

Being this is a new project, I was amazed at how well this went, had to get help for additional star, which ended up being an error of not using goggle chrome to connect to controller, but everything else was pretty EZ to find videos to explain how to configure things. 5 thumbs up to Holiday Coro.

Good product, but instructional videos are lacking

I was eventually able to get my tree up and running and am very happy with it. The quality of the product is pretty solid and everyone loves the tree. No major complaints with the quality, although I was a few feet short on the extreme strip provided after I cut it to the lengths they specified.
I was pretty disappointed with the instructional videos provided with the components. They are very scattered to find and many of them just show someone talking about what to do while looking at pictures of equipment. They really need to make videos showing someone actually assembling and configuring all of this from beginning to end with the components. It probably took two or three times as long as it should have to plan and assemble everything because of this.

Great product, instructions are out of date

Overall this is a really great product, and for myself learning a setup for the first year, the one string per output makes things very easy. With a little knowledge learned from setting up the tree, the controller can be easily expanded to control more props, and expand the show later. One small issue was that only half the extension cables were in the order (16/32). Support fixed this really quickly and were great to talk with. Overall, the tree looks great, but expect a little figuring out yourself. Would be great to see updated instructions, or at least specific details for the height of tree you buy as the pixel strips are height specific. That's not clear in the general instructions, but is hidden somewhere else on the site!
