I purchased the seed pixel variant of this prop, but was quite disappointed with it due to the tendency for the pixels to not want to stay in place. I wrote a short review of my experience and solution to that issue.

As such, I bought the bullet pixel version of the prop, which  had none of the issues the seed pixel version had.

Pixel installation - with the aid of pixel pliers - went quickly and smoothly. This prop is all that we, as holiday light show enthusiasts, have come to expect from Holiday Coro.

As Siskel and Eber used to say, "Two thumbs up!"

The issue I had with this prop was actually quite simple.
Many of the pixels would not stay locked into their mounting holes. This tendency varied significantly. A small number of them locked in as they were advertised to do. The rest either wouldn't stay in the mounting hole at all, or were easily dislodged from their mounts just by installing an adjacent pixel. Bottom line, it didn't take much force from the rear of the prop to push a pixel out of its mount.

The solution was simple. Putting zip-ties around the wires of each pixel, on the back side of the prop, kept the "seeds" from popping out of the mounting holes. Once that was done, the pixels/prop were mechanically "solid."
