Read Up and Show Off Christmas December 22, 2022 Reviewer: Josh Holt from Hillsboro, OR United States   This DIY kit is complete, well thought out and is flexible. It does not come with an assembly manual so it still requires some engineering. HolidayCoro provides some guides online--make sure you read them before you jump in and order. Some additional materials are needed to set it up. There are some good online 3rd party videos that suggest how to set it up too. It took several hours (and gloves!) to push the pixels into the strips. I did it in intervals to avoid blisters. The quality and technology is great. With xLights and Falcon FPP running on Pi or BeagleBone, I have a pretty cool Christmas show running now. Was this review helpful to you?

Best kit on the market September 3, 2022 Reviewer: michael klima from Brandon, FL United States   I have done alot of research from other suppliers diy kits and piecing together. I was lost what to pick out. I gave holiday coro call/email they had put together a complete package with the 24 in star what I was gonna need and explain what type of piping to erect the size tree. I can't wait to see the people faces in the neighborhood. And adding this 12.5 foot tree the next neighbor gave go ahead to use there yard to complete my christmas/halloween setup for the kids in the neighborhood. Awesome product and easy to setup. December 6, 2021 Reviewer: Trey Lester from Stillwater, OK United States   I loved the Product. Made everything simple. The only downside is that the pixels are hard to get in the strips. even with the special tool. I was aware of that beforehand, but just know you will have some sore hands after putting those in. One other thing I should mention. Bigger isn't always better. If I were doing things over again I would get  a shorter Mega tree. You trade some image clarity for height. That is not a problem with the product at all. It was a problem with me not taking my yard size into consideration. But it still looks pretty awesome. Was this review helpful to you?

The worst customer service ever November 17, 2021 Reviewer: David Sacramento from HAHIRA, GA United States   I bought a 12,5 MegaTree and they included the service to answer by email all the questions I have. First email I send with 3 questions about how to set my 12,5 MegaTree and they answer was send me a link from their website that it have been updated, some of the recommended solutions don't work. I am very upset and I will never buy products again in here. VERY BAD TECHNICAL SUPPORT. ---- HOLIDAYCORO RESPONSE ---- Sorry about the bad impression.  Nov 16th is our 2nd busiest week of the year, so we are limited on the information we can provide due to the huge number of requests we receive.  I do show we responded within 4 business hours with a link to our product page that had all the technical details along with several videos but didn't provide the higher level of detail you hoped we could provide.  We have replied back to your ticket with more details. This tree is an awesome start November 14, 2021 Reviewer: Justin Hicks from Albion , IL United States   I’m the envy of the neighborhood now. People I’ve never met in my small midwestern town are talking about your tree and they love it!  I’ve had a request from a three year old girl that I add a lot more to my show. So much support its amazing!!! I found the website after watching a video by TheHookUp.com. In the video he set many of my fears to rest by explaining how simple a pixel show setup can be. My biggest project yet June 6, 2021 Reviewer: Don Essick from Waxhaw, NC United States   Ordered 180 degree mega tree kit.  Arrived last week and I finally had time to check it out. Checked everything out with packing slip.  Fired up the controller and tested the lights.  Have to finish doing mini-trees before starting on building the base and checking out the videos before starting.   I guess once that is done putting hundreds of pixels in the tree strips will be “fun”.
