Crooked cuts |

I know the product is pre-cut on one side and folded so that it will fit and ship as a 2' x 4' package. But the 4' cut varied between 47" and 49" causing it to not be a square. I was forced to reduce to a 47" x 47" to ensure the design was square.

We are sorry about this issue. I believe the problem was that the short edges (4 foot side) isn't a 90 degree angle to the long (8ft side) side. If this is the case, this is normal. What happens is when the manufacturer makes the plastic, it is cut to length while it is moving down the line. This most often results in a non-90 degree short edge. This is so common, this is the reason our singing faces are 46 inches - to allow for this variation. We have updated our website with this information as it may not be commonly known.
