Do I have to pay sales tax?
  We charge sales tax only in states for which have determined our sales are sufficient to meet your state requirement to assess sales tax.
I have a question on my charges.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact us via the "Contact Us" link on the home page.

Charges from HolidayCoro will appear as "HolidayCoro.com" on your credit card statement.
What are my payment choices?
  During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.  We offer the following payment types:

* Credit Card - Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover
* Paypal
* Cash (only on local pickup from our shop or a scheduled event / show)
* Check (please allow 1 to 2 weeks for payment to clear prior to order shipment)
I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.

What is the return policy?
  We hare happy to work with any customer on a return. Just let us know (email, phone, chat) what you'd like to return and we'll setup an RMA and provide you with return information.  Used items maybe subject to a re-stocking fee.
When will my credit appear on my account?
  Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
When will my credit card be charged?
  If you pay via credit card, your credit card will be charged within 24 hours of placing your order.
