• We ship and sell products only to the United States at this time.  At this time we do not ship directly to Canada or any other country outside the United States.

• How long does your pre-season sale pricing last?  Our pre-season sale continues through May 31st, 2013.
• I'd like to know how I can line by gutters/soffit/roof with RGB lights - how do I do that?  We are working on a video that will provide step-by-step instructions on how you can easily do this using our basic or pixel solutions.
• Do you offer any discounts / coupon codes?  During the preseason (Feb to the end of May) we offer discounted pricing on most all our products.  We do offer additional discounts from time to time, usually through our mailing list.
• Does your RGB hardware work with LOR or other sequencing applications or hardware?  Yes, see our flowchart on what you'll need to use them with your specific sequencing application.
