Price of repair includes:
  • Return shipping to our warehouse from your location (US Continental locations)
  • Disassembly and repair of the Triac output transistor
  • Testing of controller
  • Return shipping to your location from our warehouse (US Continental locations)
The repair process is as follows:
  • Complete purchase of repair service (from this page)
  • HolidayCoro will send you a return label to send back your controller
  • Customer sends controller back to HolidayCoro (ground shipping)
  • HolidayCoro receives return
  • HolidayCoro confirms shorted triac is the problem and if so, performs repair to replace triac
  • HolidayCoro tests output to confirm complete operation of all outputs
  • HolidayCoro sends controller to customer (ground shipping)

  • Repairs can take 1 to 2 weeks during the months of October and November, typically 1-3 days all other months of the year
