Here are some of the reasons why we feel that HolidayCoro should be your vendor of choice:

* Fast Shipping - We ship around 97% of orders within 24 hours. For orders that generally don't contain coro items, we ship via USPS which often arrives in 1-3 days. Order on a weekend - we normally work weekends too, so your order gets packed for shipment the first thing on Monday morning.

* Our Warranty - We provide an extensive warranty that covers you for the entire year, right through the entire years holiday season so you know you'll be ok if a part should fail in your display. Nearly all our competitor's have NO warranty - just AS-IS or they have a very limited warranty (7 days to 30 days). A number of vendors have no stated policy which is only a recipe for disaster.

* Our Support - We've been doing RGB and Pixels WAY before most people even had heard of these items and that wealth of knowledge is at your fingertips when you have a problem with one of our products. This means that because we do so much support and we've been doing it for so long now, that we don't waste your time with troubleshooting that doesn't get you to the quickest resolution. We also work like dogs - in most cases you can expect a response to a support ticket in under 24 hours or less and you'll most often find you can contact us via online chat 18 hours a day, 7 days a week - from someone who has always spoken and written English - no outsourced support people here at HolidayCoro. We also maintain a CRM (Customer Relationship Managment) system that tracks your issue and provides you a case number.

* Our Pricing - We work to keep our prices as low as possible - we run a very lean operation so that we can pass on those savings to you since we know you don't "have" to purchase these Holiday related items. While we don't always sell the cheapest version of a product, we do sell products that are quality because we know that not only do we have to support them but we have to warranty them also. eBay, amazon, Chinese sellers all have very limited responsibility - so when you find out that the item purchased in July fails in October, you'll be out of luck.

* Detailed Product Descriptions - We make every effort to provide extensive product descriptions so that you know exactly what you are getting. We feel too many vendor leave obscure two line descriptions of products and that can leave you holding an unneeded product. We also include on many items, a hands-on video showing the product and we needed, how to assemble, use, test and setup the product or related products. It isn't easy collecting, assembling and publishing all this information but we believe that you should demand it from your vendor.

* Our Packing and Logistics - While it seems pretty mundane - packing and shipping is an important part of your order. Getting a product that has been damaged or lost as a result of poor packing only serves to waste your time working to file carrier claims or trying to obtain a replacement item. We've invested thousands in our logistics systems from the taping system, to the bar coding system to the shipping software. Check our customer feedback, you'll find plenty of feedback from customers that were as impressed by our packing as our product themselves. We also have processes and policies that help to ensure that you get the items you ordered right the first time.

* We Stock It - In 98% of cases, we complete orders from in-house stock. We don't ship from drop shippers, we don't order the product after you order it from us and we sure don't ship from a foreign county - it's all located in our facility, in Houston Texas. That means we won't tell you "we'll get back to you" or "we'll have to talk with our warehouse" - we are the warehouse. That also means that you don't have to wait to get your items and get started on your project. In the rare cases where we don't have an item in stock, we normally ship your in-stock items immediately and then ship your back ordered item free of charge when it arrives back in stock.

* Education & Training - There is NO and we mean NO vendor in the Holiday Lighting Community that provides the quality and breath of training and education information that HolidayCoro does. It starts with our extensive Knowledge Base, How-To videos and our Blog and continues with training we provide at on-site events and community forum posts. We sincerely believe that an educated customer is our best customer. So, even if you don't purchase from us, we want you to leave with as much knowledge as possible so that you can make informed choices for your display.

How do I find my product?
  To find the product(s) you're looking for, you may (1) use the navigation menus on the top, left & bottom of our website. (2) type a keyword into the SEARCH box. If you have any trouble locating a product, feel free to contact us at the "Contact Us" link on the main page.
How do I navigate the site?
  To navigate this website, simply click on a category you might be interested in. Categories are located on the top, left & bottom of our website. QUICK TIP: Place your mouse cursor over anything you think could be a clickable link. You'll notice that anytime you scroll over something that is a link, your mouse cursor will become a "hand". Whereas scrolling over anything that is NOT a link will leave your cursor as an "arrow". You may also type a keyword into the SEARCH box to quickly find a specific product. If you have any trouble locating a product, feel free to contact customer service for assistance.
How do I use a coupon?
  After adding items to your cart, click the "View Cart" link at the top of this site to view your cart. At the bottom of the shopping cart you'll see a box where you may enter your coupon code.
