4 of 5 Quick tree topper! October 20, 2016
Reviewer: Wesley Cross from Windermere, FL United States
I purchased 2 of these snowflakes (CoroFlakes as they are called) to place on top of 2 custom made, 5-foot air trees. I needed something that was a good size for a 5-foot tree. The 12mm bullet pixels I am using fit perfectly with very little fuss. You do have to plan out how you place your pixels into the CoroFlake since wiring on most pixel strings can be 2 to 3 inches between pixels.

Overall good product and very happy with the pre-cut CoroFlakes!

5 of 5 Great Product October 16, 2016
Reviewer: john gonzales from Houston, TX United States
Bought 3 of these snowflakes, they look amazing. Can't wait to have them up for Christmas.

Could use some instructions on wiring flow. Had to pause the youtube video to see it.

5 of 5 Easy Way to Insert Pixels July 22, 2016
Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Davis County Utah
I found the easiest way to insert the bullet pixels was to put a tapered reamer in a portable drill and enlarge the backside of the snowflake so the pixel seats easier and you are not having to work that hard to insert the pixels. It leaves the front alone but makes it much easier to push the pixel in.
This is a good product and I am using seven of them in my display.

5 of 5 Excellent product January 7, 2016
Reviewer: Russell from CA United States
I was very pleased with these snowflakes. The Coro is thick and much better than the material that I purchased from Home Depot. The edges are clean and material is uniform. The only issue I had was pushing all the nodes into the Coro can be difficult on your fingers. There are no instructions on what order to insert the nodes but for the price I have no issue with it.  Found a picture on the product page and followed it. I am not sure  if there is nor could I find a pre-defined importable element  for vixen or xlights so I made my own. Looks very nice.

5 of 5 15" Coroflake December 2, 2015
Reviewer: Brian from Cumming GA
I purchased the 15in flake I also had a hard time getting "some" nodes in. For me not that big a deal. I came up with my own wiring pattern adding an extension every 14 pixels. Works great!

4 of 5 Agree with others November 28, 2015
Reviewer: Anthony Nitschke from Jersey City, NJ United States
I've purchased different props in the past, but this time no install video or install guidelines. Pixel node data out leads prepped and not data in leads. Took some time to redo but snowflake looks awesome. Always love their products. Smart pixels rectangle modules had same issue. I'm still a Holidaycoro shopper.

2 of 5 Assembly Challenges November 24, 2015
Reviewer: Eric from Norcross, GA United States
I bought this with hopes of it being a cool new little centerpiece item for my display and I can typically count on HC for good stuff!  This one doesn't seem to have been a well thought out design and I got to be a guinea pig it seems.

The design of the product for the 23/24/25" sized flake (it's shown with 3 different dimensions), the larger one was a possible sign of inconsistencies.  I had to request pictures (now posted) on how to wire it from the back side.

The problem I ran in to was due to inconsistent pixel spacing and possibly a slight design flaw, I couldn't make the jump with the pixels from flake point to point on the back side.  I will have to cut and splice in extensions.  Since I'm going to have to do that, I'll wire it in a much better, orderly fashion than the pictures suggest.

With some more design R&D and I think it would be much better.

2 of 5 Great Idea, Not Well Executed November 23, 2015
Reviewer: Gabe Martens from Madison, Wisconsin
The flake itself looks amazing.
Assembly was a nightmare though, there where no clear directions on how to assemble, so I ended up having to take it a part 3-4 times to get the lights in the right order. The holes in the coro where just a bit to small so I ended up getting bad blisters after assembly. (Wear gloves if you want to prevent this) And finally I would have liked to see a xLights model download included because making a model for this, while easy after taking a quick picture, was time that could have been spent on other things.

Would I buy it again? Now that I understand how the product works yes I would, but if I would have known about these problems I would not have ordered. Sorry HolidayCoro, you generally have great products, but the laziness put into this one made me very disappointed.
---- HolidayCoro Response ----
We are sorry with the issue experienced with this product.  We will work to re-engineer it in the coming season.  We have posted the order of the lights to be installed on the website now.
