Great little controller. When paired with the 400 watt Weatherproof power supply not as much power injection needed.

5 of 5 Saved by the Chip! March 2, 2017
Reviewer: Derek from Signal Hill , CA United States
I was disappointed when I killed a few outputs on my AiphaPix16 units.  New to these controllers I thought it was an un-fixable issue.  HolidayCoro has a few Video tutorials and I learned that the output Chip is replaceable and acts as the safety on the data side.  I ordered a full replacement of 8 chips and now have a few spares in my kit should things get crossed up again.  So happy with the quick shipping as well.

5 of 5 Quick to fix problems January 27, 2017
Reviewer: Jesse Nietzer from South Plainfield, NJ United States
I accidentally shorted out a chip by running 12v through it (not good - check for frayed wires). Quickly found these on the site and had them delivered in a matter of days. Fixed the problem with my controller.

5 of 5 easy fix December 10, 2016
Reviewer: Joe Countryman from Merrill, WI United States
this is a nice easy fix, in case one was to short out the cabling leading to the AlphaPix 16. Saves the board and the Advil in the medicine cabinet!

3 of 5 backup! November 29, 2016
Reviewer: userZero from Montreal, QC Canada
I keep one of these taped next to my AlphaPix 4 in case mishaps. As I use this controller for live music shows, a backup is crucial.

These chips are savers when wires aren't connected right and easy to install. I ONLY BUY FROM Holidaycoro because you can't beat the quality, price and product availability and arsenal of David video tutorials.
