Excellent++ December 4, 2023 Reviewer: HalloweenOhio from Ohio, USA   Excellent customer service, excellent products, excellent on-time shipping, and excellent prices.  All the products I've ordered have helpful videos and pictures to aid me in setting up things I haven't setup before.  I can't say enough good things about my experiences with the folks at HolidayCoro.  Anytime anyone ever asks how I do the holiday decorations, I always refer them to HC's website. expansion boards November 23, 2023 Reviewer: Jason harvey   HI Team i  ordered myself some long range receiver boards , excellent quick turn around and great surprisingly small boards. Only thing i can ask is customs keep stopping the parcels as there is not enough supplier information on the docket . I have had to supply the company's and your sending from details. Customer service/ product November 7, 2023 Reviewer: Michael from Westminster, CO United States   We did are initial order in 2019 with an alpha pix controller and ribbon cables to outline are home. Spring forward to 2023 we decided we wanted to add more to are display instead of just outlines and inflatables. Working with David, Susan ans the rest of the team We decided to do a big upgrade and future proof are selfs. We opted to go with the new Hickspix Pro V3, multiple 16spi boards, long range expansion board, 16 port remote boards, nodes, etc Every order has been been prompt and recieved with 3 days of ordering Only recommendation I have for the team is to update the knowledge page to include the new Hinkspix V3 which has 5 expansion slots. Loads of features in the Pro80 V3, takes a bit of time to figure out how to program the remote 16spi expansion board in x lights. Once it's done it's looks fabulous. Was this review helpful to you?

Good Products!! October 2, 2023 Reviewer: George from Alabama   First year building a "fancy" light show. Using props, pixels, cables, enclosures and signal amplifiers from HolidayCoro. Although have not yet had my display up and running in the yard for the upcoming holiday season, all props and pixels strings are of high quality and my assembly of all the items went well, everything works. Simply put, everything is working well and I'm anxious to see how it looks when it's all up and running. Was this review helpful to you?

Product good but support horrible September 20, 2023 Reviewer: James Morrison   I contacted them to ask questions about a previous setup and the person was very rude and treated me like I was stupid.  I was very disappointed since I just wanted to verify I was ordering the right thing so I could order more. ---- HOLIDAYCORO RESPONSE ---- I'm sorry this was the experience you had with our quoting service.  I and showing that there were 16 emails in this quote and it appears the reason for the frustration was because we were unable to provide the requested quote because the requirements (square nodes in pixel pipe) were not technically possible to construct.  Sometimes customers will provide requirements for their project in which we are unable to meet because the requirements are technically not possible to construct.  We are sorry that we were unable to quote this project based on the requirements provided.
