Excellent Product. Easy to set up. March 16, 2015 Reviewer: Glenn Padgett from West Columbia, SC United States   Ordered this with a mini tree and it arrived in excellent condition. Being a new to holiday lighting and somewhat of a techie I couldn't wait to try it out. Connected it to the lights I ordered with it, powered it up, and set up the dongle. In less than an hour I had it up and running. Set the dongle up with LOR and was able to program a sequence with it. Was this review helpful to you?

Above and Beyond in Customer Service September 15, 2014 Reviewer: Douglas Schultz from Spring, TX United States   I had one of these cables I used with the small 3 channel DMX controllers a few years ago.  I was trying to use it with the TinyPix controllers and was having issues.  David shipped me a replacement right away once we did some troubleshooting.  That's great customer service! Programmer Cable January 29, 2014 Reviewer: David Grant from Van Buren, AR United States   This worked easily first time use.
