Rgb flood kit October 24, 2017

This being my first purchase from holiday coro, what can I say except a well put together product. From the simple plug and play to all the care and thought that went into putting this product together great job. I had a little trouble  testing out the lights using my LOR software. I reviewed the videos/ tutorials which I must say are a compliment for first timers. Once I figured it out they worked beautifully. I love them the wife, kids and neighbors love them. Got nothing but compliments. When comparing cost to LOR hands down you got them beat. If there was any thing I would change it would be the mounting bracket that Mounts the light to the stake. It should be made with a more durable material otherwise great product look forward to future purchases.

Works in test mode only! May 13, 2017

I wanted to give 4 stars for this review, however, because of the support issues I'm having I can't.  The system was well packaged and the lights are high quality.    However, the RGB dumb controller was advertised to be able to be driven from my AlphaPix 16 controller.  It doesn't seem to work.  I paid for extended warranty and support but tech support has been terribly slow and not helpful.   I realize it is off season, but I just wanted to make sure everything works properly before the season starts.
We are sorry about the delay in responding (Request was sent on Friday at 3:25pm, we didn't respond until that following Wednesday at 9:29am) - we had been in the process of moving to a new facility and neglected tickets a few days longer than we should have.  We were able to locate the source of this somewhat complex issue which was due to the use of an incorrectly wired cable feeding the signal from the AlphaPix 16 RS485 output over to the RGB dumb controller.
