Using this as a test/backup controller.  Love the LCD display.

Used this controller to test my pixel strips and nodes I got on the first presale. Worked great. Had some issues using the web browser setup but David suggested that I turn off my anti-virus and the problem went away. Have purchased several items from HolidayCoro and have yet to be disapointed.

I'm very pleased with this controller. Good price point & simple interface (on controller & web). I had a few issues at first with the web config, and David was very helpful in troubleshooting. I'm a Mac guy and come to find out, the web config doesn't fully function with Apple's Safari web browser. Switched to Google Chrome on all devices, and the web config works great! David also relayed my findings to the developers. Thanks Holiday Coro!

I'm new to pixels this year and I must say... This controller made the initial setup a breeze. I've already tested it with various types of pixels and it works great. The only complaint I had was that I'm not able to configure the color output for each of the outputs. It's only controller wide. I'm willing to make changes on my end to accommodate this, but it would have been nice to configure that option! The DMX output also works wonderfully!

This controller has some firmware issues that David is addressing, otherwise it is a good controller with some good testing capability built in. I am primarily using this controller to test light strings and display components after effects are programed. The fact that 680 pixels and 7.5 amps can be run off of one plug helps with what I wanted it for. I also can use other plugs to test different components as well because the controller can output the full capacity of the 350 Watt power supply across 4 plugs that are fused at 7.5 amps each. The plugs are large enough to not need a jewelers screwdriver to tighten down the wiring.

5 of 5 Excelent Controller May 27, 2015

This controller is excellent with the power output from the board minimal power injection is needed.  The setup along with the built in test patterns are the best for testing out your RGB pixel strings.  The connections are sturdy and the euro plugs are easy to manage even with these big paws of mine.

The Alphapix 4 was very easy to configure. I enter the IP using the build in display then I used my browser to configure the rest. I have not tested the DMX output but I plan to use my 27 channel DMX controller.
I order 2 more Alphapix-4  and 2 Alphapix-16.

Just received my AlphaPix 4 and it is the coolest controller. IO love the built-in display. You can program it without even connecting to your network. Very easy. No manual required. The web interface is super easy. The test mode is great.
I haven't tried the extra DMX output but I know it will be useful!
