The luminary has a long history based mainly on candle illumination but HolidayCoro has updated the concept by allowing you to use C7, C9 and mini lights (LED or incandescent) bulbs in a sturdy waterproof coro luminary. The HolidayCoro luminary has the following features:

Black coro base that stands 2 inches off the ground. There are holes on all four corners for mounting stakes (we recommend old coat hanger wires), three water drain holes and two holes for C7 bulbs, two holes for C9 bulbs and 100 Mini Lights. Along the short edges are half circles to allow the SPT cord to pass under the edge and on the base are SPT strain relief cords. On each of the base corners, holes are pre-punched for zip ties that allow the base to be assembled into a box.

White coro top that is 8 inches wide by 10.6 inches tall and 6 inches deep. There are two flaps, like a card board box that cover the top to keep in more light and reduce snow accumulation. The top assembles into a rectangular box without a bottom. On the base there are four tabs that slide into slots on the luminary base. This allows you to easily assemble and disassemble the top, which lays flat, for easy off-season storage.
