  • General Information
    • Available with either the AlphaPix Evolution or HinksPix Pro CPUs
    • The system is based on the Flex Expansion Board System which can drive up to three expansion boards
    • Designed typically for large commercial installations where a single enclosure box and maximum outputs is required
    • Ships with 32 SPI Pixel Outputs Standard, pre-wired to four 350 watt Meanwell Power supplies
      • All power wiring including input and output wire is completely assembled
    • The lowest cost multi-expansion board based system on the market today
    • Supports all major lighting applications
      • Light-o-Rama Advanced (S3/S4/S5)
      • xLights (all)
      • Resolume
      • Madrix
      • Any applications that supports Artnet / sCAN / e1.31 protocols
    • All mounted in a single water resistant enclosure
    • Voltage selection from 5 to 24 volts with matching color coded output pigtails
    • Includes two vents with forced fan, hot air removal. Fan turn on temp can be adjusted in the CPU.
  • Expansion Board Information
    • SPI Expansion Board
      • Minimum of 5,440 Pixels or 32 Universes / 16,384 DMX Channels (see CPU type for maximum pixel counts per SPI output)
      • Blown fuse indicators (Red LED light will go out when fuse is blown)
      • Each SPI board has a dedicated temperature and voltage sensor visible from the screen or web interface on the CPU
      • Power Output
        • 5 Amps Maximum (mini fused blade) per output
          • Wattage per output: 60 Watts
    • OPTIONAL: Long Range Differential Expansion Board (Expansion Board)
      • Maximum of 5,440 Pixels or 32 Universes / 16,384 DMX Channels (Up to Four Long Range Differential Receiver Boards per Expansion Board)
      • Per Port / CAT5 Cable- Up to 1,360 pixels
      • Supports only pixels that have three wires (data / positive / negative) - this includes support for all HolidayCoro 2811/1903 pixels (no clock wire is present)
      • 300 Feet / 91 meters or greater from expansion board output to receiver input using stand CAT5 network cable
      • Note: Receiver boards must only be used with data input from the Long Range Differential Expansion Board - they cannot be used with DMX 1.11/1990 or E1.31 directly

I have 6 of these w/ LRR and HinksPix Pro CPUs in service.  Great xlights integration, well built, no concerns or issues.

Unless you know you need 48 ports at one spot, this is the most versatile configuration because of the ability to add a couple of outposts.

Be sure you have them install the long range board, you'll probably want it eventually and it doesn't cost much extra.

Also be sure you have plugs for any unused ports.  Great way to protect your investment.
