Order the product early so that I would have it in time to figure out how to set it up before the holidays. It arrived in just a couple of days and was really Ready2Run. It took longer to plug all the strings in than it did to get my PC and software configured to start showing sequences.

Can't tell you about HolidayCoro's tech support because so far I haven't needed it.
